RETURNS POLICY
DUTY CHARGES
All orders are shipped from the UK. Customers outside the United Kingdom will also be liable for any customs/import duty, quotas, permits, product restrictions and other local requirements. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, therefore you are advised to check the latest applicable local requirements in your country before placing an order.
WHAT IS YOUR ONLINE RETURNS POLICY?
- You have 30 days from receiving the order to return your items.
- You need to fill out the returns form which can be downloaded from this page.
- Unfortunately, online purchases cannot currently be returned to our stores.
- In order to receive a refund, your items must be returned in all original packaging, with all original labels still attached along with the returns form. There must be no signs of wear, and a refund may be refused if none of the above is upheld. Lloyd Baker does not offer free returns & postage refund, all returns must be at the customer’s expense.
WHEN WILL MY RETURN BE PROCESSED?
- Please allow 7-10 working days from when we receive your return for the refund to be processed.
HOW WILL I KNOW MY REFUND HAS BEEN PROCESSED?
- Once our team has processed your refund, you will receive an email confirmation of the refund.
- Please allow 3-5 working days, from receipt of this email, for the refund to appear in your account.

HOW DO I RETURN MY GIFT?
- To return your gift, please contact the Customer Service team.
- To return a gift you are still required to provide us with a proof of purchase and the product/s must be unworn/unused with its original tags attached.

It is very important that when you return an item, we know the order number it relates to, your details and whether you want a refund or a replacement. Without these details we won't be able to take any action.
